It’s the last time I can hold you
On this side of the grave.
They tell me to be strong.
I don’t feel like being brave.
Someday when I get there,
I will knock on heaven’s door.
Then we’ll be together,
And I will hold you once more..

Dan, my sympathy to you in your loss. Thank you for sharing the beautiful poem. It is so reassuring that we will be able to hold our loved ones again someday in heaven!
